Thank you for reporting the system's issue.  The system's MB3 installation is unable to properly validate the Malwarebytes' license key because of an intentional block of communications with the Malwarebytes' license server.

Please permanently delete the following entries from the Windows 7 HOSTS file at C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\etc\hosts:

0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com

Then, restart the Windows 7 system to NORMAL boot mode.  Since the system in question has an older version of MB3 installed (3.0.6.1458), please consider performing a manual update to v3.1.2.1733-1.0.141-1.0.2092 at your earliest convenience.
