sync-eu.exe.bid

While I have seen in previous postings/responses (from quite a while ago) that updating to the latest database version of Malwarebytes should prevent the constant displaying of the blocking of "sync-eu.exe.bid", I am still receiving them.  I have updates to the latest database version.  Why are these still being displayed?  Can anything be done to prevent this?
