MB catches n65adserv.com but it keeps coming back

Malwarebytes is doing its job and catching n65adserve.com but is keeps trying to get into my computer. In one minute it tries 3 times. then 5 minutes later tries again. I think it is in Internet Exployer and Edge. I have CCleaner and it will stop it from coming up until I go back to IE or Edge.
