Hello, I just think about the website protection but also think a bit at the other end

If I have malwarebytes and want run server for a game (per example Counter Strike server) I must add the game server process to exceptions?

I say, as could be the case than a user than come from a blocked IP ot pass through a blocked IP (her/his ISP or a server between us) would be unable to connect to server (as I guess)
