hi, i have a virus in my computer, that make it soooo slow and i cannot install the "malware removal for windows" after few days, i readed a good post i found right here from  shadowwar where its say download the "mbar-1.09.4.1001" i was able to download it and also installed it, found 11 virus, but it gets stuck for hours before finish and i dont have the option to cleaner it, please help (see photos attached) this is driving me crazy.

• The same principle applies to any modifications you make to your system, I would like you to ask me before you do any manipulations that aren't in the instructions I posted. This is to ensure that we are operating in sync and I know exactly what's happening on your system;
• If you aren't sure about an instruction I'm giving you, ask me about it. This is to ensure that the clean-up process goes without any issue. I'll answer you and even give you more precise instructions/explanations if you need. There's no shame in asking questions here, better be safe than sorry!;

• Since malware can work quickly, we want to get rid of them as fast as we can, before they make unknown changes to the system. • I'm against any form of pirated, illegal and counterfeit software and material. So if you have any installed on your system, I'll ask you to uninstall them right now. • In the end, you are the one asking for assistance here. So if you wish to go a different way during the clean-up, like format and reinstall Windows, you are free to do so. I would appreciate you to let me know about it first, and if you need, I can also assist you in the process;
• I would appreciate if you were to stay with me until the end, which means, until I declare your system clean. Just because your system isn't behaving weirdly anymore, or is running better than before, it doesn't mean that the infection is completely gone;

This being said, it's time to clean-up some malware, so let's get started, shall we?

I can see that you are infected with the SmartService rootkit. This infection drops a lot of files on the system, and MBAR can have a hard time handling all these detections at once. However, if you launch the scan, make sure all your other programs are closed and do not touch your computer, the scan will eventually go through. So that's what you should do for now. Once done, clean all the threats that were detected and let your computer reboot. After that, go in the MBAR folder, open the "mbar-log-TODAY'S-DATE.txt" file present in it, and copy/paste its content here.

Hi Aura, looks like the the mbar-1.09.4.1001 and the Malwarebytes did the Job, my laptop now looks clean found over 3K infected files or virus, and gave me the option to "quarantine select items" and i did that. Im wondering why did not gave me the option to DELETE IT.? it not good to delete it ? i read that quarantine means that move those infected files to a new folder, how can delet it for ever? im afraid they could comeback.

Files moved in the quarantine folders are harmless now. Not only have they been moved, but they've also been modified in a way where they cannot be executed anymore.

May I have the MBAR log, and Malwarebytes log as well to review them?
