Cannot install mb3-setup-consumer-3.1.2.1733-1.0.141-1.0.2092

Am running WinXP - cannot install anything and tried to install malwarebytes to find problem,

but even that will not install.  

The error is -

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and posting back the requested logs as an attachment and we'll see if we can figure out what's going on.
