BBeam Posted June 14, 2017 ID:1135680 Share Posted June 14, 2017 I really hope someone can help me. I downloaded 3.1.2.1733 build 1.0.139. Program will not launch. Cannot connect to services. No Malware is in local services folder. I then downloaded your mb_clean and install failed after rebooting. Something horribly wrong now. This version is very buggy and I'm sorry I upgraded. I've spent untold hours trying to get it to launce. I can't uninstall and start again. I'm not a tech. I need a program that works. Win 7 Service Pack 1. I'm very frustrated. I was ready to reload my OS and thought I had some weird malware infection happening. I really appreciate this. My hope is that this fix will hold and not go rogue on me. Glad I joined this forum.
