Unable to activate licence on Malwarebytes 3.1

  Hi,

  I had purchased a copy of Malwarebytes Pro a long time ago with a lifetime key.  Till recently this worked just fine.  I had updated my Malwarebytes to 3.1 (when prompted) and after updating it would not start at all.  I kept getting 'Could't start service' (or 'Could't connect to service') popup.  I uninstalled and resintalled Malwarebytes 3.1 and now it is working fine, except I'm not able to activate my license.  

  What can I do to get my copy of Malwarebytes to activate with my license?
