No Aktivate LifeTime Key

Guten Abend, ich habe folgendes Problem. ich habe eine Lifetime Key von MBAM und kann diese nicht mehr aktivieren. Ich muste mein Rechner neu machen wegen ein Mainboard Crash. Ich habe auch keine Möglichkeit den Key bei der alten Hardware zu löschen. Was kann ich machen.

Good evening, I have the following problem. I have a Lifetime Key from MBAM and can not activate it anymore. I had to rebuild my computer because of a mainboard crash. I also have no way to delete the key with the old hardware. What can I do.

What sort of error are you getting when trying to activate it on the new computer?
