Hello Good Evening, I want to bring up my problem since I believe it would be much more helpful than trying to tamper with my computer files any further given I'm not a technician.

My MalwareBytes Real time protection keeps turning off every time I try to turn it on whenever a prompt tells me to enable it. This includes all the other layers in it as well

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it about three times and the results always seem to be the same. That's when I decided to read some forums on how to solve the issue so I followed one of them.

First, I used the  MB Checker to get a ZIP file, once it was on my desktop I then used the MB Cleaner Tool to uninstall the program again.

At this point my Panda AntivVirus is already disabled(a little sidenote, it also has the same problem with MB *still fixing* but the point is it's been disabled since). I then rebooted my PC when I was prompted by the tool but after the reboot the tool gave me the option to reinstall the product and failed.

Here are the files from the Cleaner and the Checker. As for the FRST Scan files would it be alright to send a private message since it has some personal files?

Hello @Aiibee and :welcome:

Since working without the crucial benefits of FRST data logs, the available data establishes the system in question to be running some edition of Windows 7 SP1.  The logs did document some failures.  The following is therefore based on information on-hand.

Please restart the system in question to NORMAL boot mode and log in only as an Administrator and download the MB-Clean Tool only to the Administrator's desktop.  Please open the MB3 GUI and go to Settings -> Protection ->  Startup Options -> Enable self-protection module and set to disable.  Similarly, disable the Enable self-protection module early start.  In the following MB-Clean procedure, please right-click the MB-Clean.exe icon on the Administrator's desktop and select "Run as administrator" in the Windows system context menu.  Start at step #4 where the MB-Clean has just opened.

Then, please follow the steps in the locked/pinned topic to again uninstall the remnants of MB3 and reinstall the latest build: MB-Clean Tool (NOTE: After uninstalling with the MB-Clean tool, you will be asked to reboot.  Once restarted, the tool will ask you if you want to re-install Malwarebytes, you can select YES (it will download the MB3 release version) or you can download the MB3 release version manually (currently v3.1.2.1733-1.0.141-1.0.2092) to re-install from HERE).

Additionally, please consider left-clicking the "Follow" button, near the upper-right corner of your topic, to receive timely email notifications about updates to your topic.

When completed, please reply to this topic with your progress.  Thank you.
