False Positive: RegInOut System Utilities

Apparently, I need to say again that for some reason, this system has this peculiar problem with MalWareBytes. This wasn't so much a problem before, but you see, that was because I could add exceptions on the Scan and Quarantine screens. What happened to this?

I should NOT have to put in these exceptions manually, but at the same time, I shouldn't be seeing these files on my scans anyway.

EDIT: To make matters worse, it's completely impossible to exclude the uninstaller registry key or desktop shortcut.
