Hello @curry and :welcome:

I see from the logs the that this is a Business computer. As such you should seek assistance from your IT Support department as some companies have a strict policy against users repairing their computers on their own.

Platform: Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1703 (X64) Language: English (United States)

The Enterprise version is not sold to the general public so I'm assuming it's a business computer.
