Help!

       Hey, if anyone can answer this question, how can I set up malwarebytes 3 for my minecraft/proxy server. I know there is some type of special firewall that scans and protects from malware and viruses attacking and if there is a way to protect a port, minecraft proxy server default port "25565", I would like if someone would help me if there is a setting for protecting my server. All the real-time protection settings are on, but if there is another security setting or assignment I need to execute I would like the help

Malwarebytes doesn't have a traditional port/firewall based detection, but web protection should stop incoming connections from known malicious computers
