Real-Time Protection layers turned off

As requested, here are my individual logs and experiences with the known issue "Real-Time Protection layer"

OS is x64 W10

I get the warning my Real-Time Protection layer is turned off, I go to Protection Settings and activate it, but it immediately deactivates itself. I had this behaviour before (some months ago?) and it disappeared. Has come back recently.

 

Please advise me on a solution.

• Create and obtain an mb-check log
  1. Download MB-Check and save to your desktop
  2. Double-click to run MB-Check and within a few second the command window will open, then click "OK" 
  3. This will produce one log file on your desktop: mb-check-results.zip
     • Attach this file to your forum post by clicking on the "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." or simply drag the file to the attachment area

It looks like your recent upgrade may not have completed properly. Can you please download the latest installer from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over top of your existing installation? No need to uninstall what you have already
