Unexplainably slow PC, may be infected

I have no idea why my computer has been running slow recently, because I have been consistently taking care of it for the past half year and even running automated scans on a daily basis with MBAM, and a virus scanner as well with a shield on as well. It is unlikely that I am infected but nevertheless I want to confirm this before I make any false assumptions. Heres my HJTlog

I don't see anything strange here.

However, I do see you have the Nvidia Firewall running (NetworkAccessManager). Many people are complaining that this one causes a lot of problems including slow down issues.
