Exploit Protection Turning off

Hi I recently just cleared my entire computer out and I reinstalled Malwarebytes Premium 3.1.2 and I'm having the same issue as before? Exploit Protection will turn itself off even though I'm clicking it to go on and it turns off literally as soon as I click on... Not sure what's going on or how to solve the problem?

Thank you for reporting your system's issue.  The Malwarebytes' staffers/helpers must have good log data for a quality fault analysis to begin.
