Malwarebytes not updating to new release

On this PC, I'm running Malwarebytes Premium 3.0.6.  My OS is Windows 10 1703.  I thought that Malwarebytes would either update to a new release when it became available -or- at least notify me to manually update to a new release.  I know that 3.1.2 is now available but neither of the above has happened.  Is there some reason why this isn't happening?  Are there any diagnostics that I should perform and send to support?
