I thought I had uninstalled it using Zemana, but I only got a part of the Trojan. After that when I restarted my computer, I was unable to open any antivirus and malware. I attempted to use Rkill. The problem I'm having is that is says that the resource is in use. It also denies me permission to end these programs. Please help ASAP, thanks. This is the first antivirus I have been able to run for a week and I was looking for something like this. My PC is currently scanning, thanks so much! Will reply with more info after with logs. I'm clean! Update:Task manager still shows tprdpw64.exe Its classified as adware, but I know it is a trojan D: Update 2.0:My PC is now clean, the tprdpw64.exe was actually being reinstalled due to a trojan, but zemana and malwarebytes both didn't detect anything afterwards with the deletion using zemana. Please copy/paste the content of the output log in your next reply; AdwCleaner - Fix Mode Download AdwCleaner and move it to your Desktop; Right-click on AdwCleaner.exe and select Run as Administrator (for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 users); Accept the EULA (I accept), let the database update, then click on Scan; Let the scan complete. Once it's done, make sure that every item listed in the different tabs is checked and click on the Cleaning button. This will kill all the active processes; Once the cleaning process is complete, AdwCleaner will ask to restart your computer, do it; After the restart, a log will open when logging in. Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) - Scan mode Follow the instructions below to download and execute a scan on your system with FRST, and provide the logs in your next reply. Download the right version of FRST for your system: FRST 64-bit Move the executable (FRST.exe or FRST64.exe) on your Desktop; Right-click on the executable and select Run as Administrator (for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 users); Accept the disclaimer by clicking on Yes, and FRST will then do a back-up of your Registry which should take a few seconds; Make sure the Addition.txt box is checked; Click on the Scan button; On completion, two message box will open, saying that the results were saved to FRST.txt and Addition.txt, then open two Notepad files; Copy and paste the content of both FRST.txt and Addition.txt in your next reply; Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
