When I try to activate my software it gives me a popup saying "unable to contact license server. There is also another popup about issues with my license token.

I've done what has been done already on the forum for this about doing a clean install and then reinstalling.

I used Malwarbytes suggestions for doing this.

No Activation, same popups.

I've also turned off my Bit Defender software and there is no other anti-virus or firewall software monitoring my computer.

Still no luck.

The one thing that I didn't do was to use the little programs that was supplied by Malwarebytes to generate some logs for them to look at.

I didn't want to do that since they may have been revised since they ones that I saw were done.

I sent in a claim 72 hours ago and nobody responded about this.

I have a lifetime license for this.

I have Windows 10 on my computer.

Hello @theherrieds and :welcome:

The Malwarebytes' developers/staffers/helpers must have good log data for a quality fault analysis to commence.

1) From the locked/pinned topics, at the beginning of this sub-forum, please follow the steps within the topic at Having problems using Malwarebytes? Please follow these steps

2) In the next reply to your topic, please only attach the three (3) separate files that are developed above: mb-check-results.zip, FRST.txt, and Addition.txt.

As long as you have clicked on the generic links within the above hotlink, the most current version of the moment will download the appropriate information gathering utility/tool.  After the utilities/tools have served their purpose, do not save them for a "rainy day" because they are updated as required and could be obsolete in a very short time.

Thank you.

Hello @theherrieds:

Please permanently delete the following entries from the system's C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\etc\hosts file:

0.0.0.0 serius.mwbsys.com
0.0.0.0 keystone.mwbsys.com

Then, restart the Windows system and activate MB3 normally.

Thank you.
