Good Result for 1.0.139 Component Update Package.

Hello All:

To a MB3 3.1.2.1733-1.0.122-1.0.2066 previous trouble-free install, a manual update to 3.1.2.1733-1.0.139-1.0.2060 was undertaken on a W10Prox64 1703 15063.332 system.  The system in question was not freshly restarted (before or after) and had been up for several days.  An unremarkable update was then achieved in an "over-the-top" fashion and the only additional action taken was to manually return the Update package version to 1.0.2066 (current at the time of update).
