Virus infection on pc and can't open malawarebytes because the virus is blocking it

I was infected one time by a virus attack then suddenly I cannot access malawarebytes and I tried rkill and some other things I found on the internet and everytime I double click malawarebytes it would say requested resources in use even though the app won't start up.

What do I do?
