The Malwarebytes' developers/staffers/helpers must have good log data for a quality fault analysis to commence.

Merci pour votre réponse, mais le problème est réglé, en effet la personne que j'aidais avais laissé deux Antivirus  activés en même temps,d'ou conflit.

Après nettoyage et désinstallation propre et complète de restants de McAfee, tout est rentré dans l'ordre.

For the untrusted publishers issue can you please have your friend try this:

Please try the steps below:

1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up the run dialog
2. In the dialog window, type certmgr.msc and click Ok
3. In the window that comes up, on the left side, double click Untrusted Certificates so you can see the folders beneath it
4. If a Certificate folder exists, click it
5. Delete any certificates on the right side of the window that have Malwarebytes in the name
6. Reboot and attempt a reinstall

Merci pour votre réponse ,je vais tenter de joindre cette personne ,en espérant que cela sera possible, mais vu que je  suis intervenu pour elle sur un forum en désinfection, et que son problème semble réglé, je pourrais la joindre à nouveau.

Je ne manquerais  pas de vous tenir au courant ,en vous donnant une réponse.

Comme promis je viens vous donner des nouvelles, qui en fin de compte n'en sont pas car ,malheureusement  ,je n'ai plus de nouvelle de mon Helpé que j'ai désinfecté, donc je n'ai pas ,eu l'occasion  de lui faire faire la manipulation que vous m'aviez donnée, j'en suis désolé.
