jimbir Posted May 29, 2017 ID:1131211 Share Posted May 29, 2017 I have a HP laptop running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit software. I updated my Firefox to the latest version (53). After that it started to crash so often that I could not use it. I uninstalled it and installed a fresh version. Same problem. I uninstalled it and and installed an earlier version (51). Same problem. I gave up and went to Internet Explorer. Although it was a little more stable, it crashed too. I'm starting to think that the problem is not with the browsers but with something in the computer software. Can someone tell me how to find it? Thanks.
