is it safe to delete threats listed by AdwCleaner

is it safe to delete threats listed by AdwCleaner (ADC) please in the attached ADC log  especially the registry keys.  

also i wish to keep advanced system care so should I untick all items related to it - and if so which ones are they please?

Many thanks.  I can always reinstall ASC if I want to so I'll just delete all
