Empty CMD Window Keeps Popping Up and Disappearing

Hello,

A CMD box keeps popping up in the top left of my desktop occasionally, but disappearing just as quick. If I'm in a full screen application, it'll bring me back to the desktop. It's extremely annoying, and happens a few times a day. I did a Malwarebytes scan but it didn't find anything.

Not sure if this is your issue or not, if you feel it's not we can scan for malware

It currently is unclear when exactly the fix will be rolled out for all Office users.
