Cannot Download Stuff From Windows Store

I cannot download or update apps from the windows store. I get an error code 0x800706B5.

Any help is appreciated. This is what the error looks like.

And every method i have seen on the web so far does not fix my problem.

If you have problem with Windows, it will be apt to take up with MS.. go for re-install, if felt so..

I'm locking this for now as the OP is being assisted with malware removal currently and trying to fix other problems/going through unknown (to the malware helper) processes/procedures/installs etc. could conflict with the malware removal specialist's cleanup efforts (i.e. it's best to address one problem at a time, starting with the most critical which is usually malware, then move on to fixing other things and the malware may be the cause of other issues being experienced anyway).
