Howardg Posted May 23, 2017 ID:1129459 Share Posted May 23, 2017 (edited) I run Malware several times a week and only find tracking cookies. Yesterday, I ran it and it showed 433 PUP files. I think that I clicked ignore them by mistake how can I find them if I did. This is the first time I had such files. Is there something on the program to click and check. I did another scan and nothing shows up. Edited May 23, 2017 by Howardg

If you found cookies you are not using MB. It does not detect cookies. 29 minutes ago, Howardg said: Is there something on the program to click and check. I did another scan and nothing shows up. Look under exclusions and check them and click remove. Then rescan and delete this time. Edited May 23, 2017 by Porthos
Howardg Posted May 24, 2017 Author ID:1129731 Share Posted May 24, 2017 (edited) Sorry, it's Norton that finds cookies. if I click Malware and Web exclusions, nothing shows. if I click on detection and protection, under non-Malware Protection, PUP it's says treat as malware. Sorry it I did not get all of this straight, I'm 74 and not very good with computers. I have the basic not the premium plan.
