Should we delete identifed threads detected by the malwarebyte

Should we delete identifed threads?

 

Will it be harmful to delete this identifed item as a malware by maleware byte.?

 

As we know first it gets quarantine then it ask for remove after the scan is done . So,Should we delete all the quarantine items .

Does this makes like deleting those actual file or it is like removing those malware/virus only?

 

What will happen if virus goes into system files like registry files and then our malwarebyte detected those and we delete it after quarantine is done?

File will be missing? Or like pc will act quite different? Does this happens?

 

I am always gets stuck on this topic whether to delete those malware/viruses or not to delete it. I am too confused. Can you please help me

Yes it does, and it is called a False Positive = Clean file detected as malicious, and that is what quarantine is fore, it will give you the option to restor the file if detected wrong. Let files stay in quarantine for a couple of weeks, if no ill effect you may delete
