Malware - Network disconnects...etc.

Recommended Posts

Malware removal is causing me to have hair removal. Took me two hours just to get myself on here. Had a full head of hair when I started and am now half bald. Please help with my comp probs. In the meantime, I'll find a wig to correct my other one. Here's the main issues:

Not able to download any new anti-virus or anti-spyware. Stops part way. Times out, or states network disconnect. Network diagnostics performed. Contacted my service provider. Tests show network is fine. New network cable and new modem. Same probs.

Unable to update Malwarebytes: Error Code 732 (0,0) - Have already uninstalled and re-installed when the computer wasn't as bad. It's going downhill fast.

Browsers, both IE8 and Firefox 3.5, sluggish & slow to load, if they load at all. Doesn't matter what address I try. System has been cleaned, defragged, and scanned. The temp for my hard drive is fine. There is no dust inside to cause poor performance. Managed to grab some logs for you. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanking you in advance for your expertise.
