The technology in both Windows XP and Vista do not allow MB3 to fully function in that OS.  Its not a limitation on Malwarebytes but a limitation in the already non supported OS of XP and Vista... its time to upgrade to at least windows 7...  It has to do with the way API's work... and not being available in the older OS's.
