Constant pop up warning "outgoing threat"

I am getting the same. Pop up happens all the time. Tried the fixes listed here, didnt work. Not downloading more programs to fix this stuff program. I think I will just get my money back, support seems to be lacking and the suggested fixes have screwed up many customers systems. I am feeling ripped off at this point.

So unhappy we purchased this program for 2 computers (one computer is brand new). Both get constant "outgoing threat" pop up warnings. Not about to download more programs to fix this crap program, so, if no easy fix, how do I get my money back? Just purchased a week ago. Sad when you purchase and have troubles on two separate systems, both with the same problems. May I suggest you all get your sheet together? So unhappy...

Hello NotHappy,

Malwarebytes is doing its job, stopping a connection to a malicious webpage.  I may need you to download other tools in order to locate the source and help you remove it, but I won't know that until I get some idea of what is being blocked and where it is originating from.

The detail of the blocks will be enumerated in the Website Blocking log.  To send me the log, launch Malwarebytes Anti Malware .

When it opens, look on the left hand side and click 'Reports'

Double click on the Website Blocking log

Click 'Export'.

Click 'Text file (*.txt)'

In the Save File dialog box which appears, click on Desktop.

In the file name: box, type a name for your scan log.

A message box indicating 'File Saved' should appear.
Click ok.

Please Attach that log to your next reply.

I am having the same trouble but not happy that we just exclude. And once excluded, why did it return for many? Due to the advanced level of computer expertise required to configure MWB correctly, I would like a refund. How do I go about that? I have emailed with no replies.
