Problems with Premium 3.0 Made Worse with 3.1.2 update

Recently bought Malwarebytes Premium 3.0.  Operated just fine for about 3 wks.  Friday, had problems with settings being turned off each time started computer.  Downloaded 3.1.2 update today - problems now worse.  Tried troubleshooting compatibility;  WXP showed up as my OS, but I have W7.  The primary reason for buying MB-Premium was ransomware protection, but no longer have it. 

Can't attach the zipped report you requested.  How do I do that?

Have you guys been hacked?
