Adware Elex and others keep coming back

Hi All,

I hope you can advise me. I removed a lot of malware using Adwcleaner and malwarebytes from my Windows 10 desktop but I think some are still in my registry and keep coming back. My internet is slow and sites keep popping up or diverting. Avast said my router was infected with malicious software so I changed my router password and reset to a static IP (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4), but still Chrome keeps diverting to random sites and on my wi-fi, my phone is also affected and Safari is going to clicksearch website for no reason.

I ran FRST as others here have and have attached the files.
