Web Protection "Starting..." but doesnt start..

Web protection will not turn on in MBAM3 on multiple machines.  Is there a way to troubleshoot or manually correct this?

Web protection will not turn on this morning at 7.30. This happens almost daily. Totally fed up with MBAM3. Now looking for an alternative.

I thought that this issue had been resolved yesterday - after update and reboot, web protection worked again BUT this morning back to the same issue MB 3.1.2.1733 and update 1.0.1981 running on Win 8.1 64 bit

Time for this issue to be resolved once and for all

Exit MB from the tray icon. wait a bit then reopen from the desktop or start icon.
