Malwarebytes web protection disabled

I too am having the same issue, except this goes much deeper into what problems I am having with the latest MB.

This all started with Real time Protection always being turned off.  So far this is what I have done.

• uninstalled MB
• rebooted
• cleaned the registry of any mention of Malwarebytes
• reinstalled the latest version - 3.1.2.1733, 1.0.122, 1.0.0
• this seem to fix the Real time protection issue but created another issue
• now I am getting updates are not current.
• I followed the instructions in this thread
  • Quit Malwarebytes by right clicking the system tray icon (next to the clock) and choosing Quit Malwarebytes
  • Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService
    • The ProgramData folder may be hidden. If you can't find it, either turn on showing hidden files/folders or type the path manually
  • Delete any file that ends with .mbdb (there should be 7 files)
  • Open up Malwarebytes and check for updates
• This fixed the updates issue for about 30 seconds.
• now both the real time protection issue is back as well as the updates are an issue.

I am attaching my zip log files to this thread as well as a screen shot of the dashboard.  Guys, this issue has been a problem for way too long.

Porthos, thanks for the reply.  Not to belabor the point, but this issue of Real time protection turning off and not being able to be turned back on has been an issue for quite some time with no resolve.  We all appreciate if this could be finally repaired.

Same issue as above occurred on my computer....3.1.2....i hope it gets fixed asap.
