Need help removing Trojan.tdss please

Hello, my name is Tim and my parents computer is infected with something that won't go away upon reboot that keeps popping up as globalroot\systemroot\system32\hjruipsqejmyo.dll on AVG 8.5 free and as a Trojan.tdss on MBAM. I am posting this from another computer.

Also, I recently had to fix an issue with this computer that was related to Zone Alarm (which is now uninstalled) that gave an error popping up on boot that would say "Validation failed for C:\windows\system32\VSINIT.dll. You are probably missing a necessary root certificate." and the fix there had lead me to manually uninstall Zone Alarm and then update the root certificate of the computer. I'm wondering if they are linked- has anyone heard of any other trojan.tdss infected folks out there that may have had the same root certificate update? I ask because now another family member is getting that same error message and I'm not sure if I want to follow the same procedures!

I noticed that it says Zone Alarm is still enabled on this computer even after following Zone labs instructions to manually uninstall it.

Hi,

That's OK about zonealarm..

Go to start > run and copy and paste next command in the field:

sc delete moncqr

Hit enter.

Then, * Go to start > run and copy and paste next command in the field:

ComboFix /u

Make sure there's a space between Combofix and /

Then hit enter.

This will uninstall Combofix, delete its related folders and files, reset your clock settings, hide file extensions, hide the system/hidden files and resets System Restore again.
