that Posted May 19, 2017 ID:1127535 Share Posted May 19, 2017 Followed some of the instruction here, ie rerun the installer over the existing install twice, first time got the error could not contact service then second time it ran after a restart, then go an error linked to a Dll (Q5XXX.dll) so closed MWB and it ran. When it ran the licence window popup up but mine is paid so ran a scan and it was clear, real time is now running BUT exploit protection has now stopped and will not restart, I think its services related or possibly linked to WMB licence data base as both are only available for premium;- just my musing!
