Real-Time Protection off

Malwarebytes no longer functions with Real-Time Protection. I tried a scan and that checked zero files. It appears the product is broke. Is it my win10 or what !

I dont know what to do next other than send a zip file.

Someone please advise what to do next

This should now be resolved with database update 1.0.1976. After making sure you have the update, please restart your computer and then turn on Web Protection
