Known 3.0.6 Web Protection Issue

Per instructions on "Having problems using Malwarebytes? Please follow these steps"

• How did you encountered the issue and any steps to reproduce it? Web Protection Failed and wont start
• Do you get the same result more than once if you follow the same steps? Y/N Yes. Rebooted PC and still seeing error
• If the system crashed (aka blue screen of death or BSOD), please include the error message: NO BSOD/GSOD

After the reboot the basic Malware Protection failed to self start but it sis start upon manually initializing it
