Web Protection will not start 3.0.6 (Log Attached)

Good Morning,

I see that I am not the only one having this problem in the last 24 hours.  But instead of acting like a whining child who seems to know nothing about software development, I have uploaded the logs as I have seen requested in other threads.  Versions are as follows:

Malwarebytes Version 3.0.6.1469

Component Version 1.0.103

Update Package Version 1.0.1974

I would be happy to provide any other needed information.
