Web protection won't turn on and scan won't run.

I downloaded the latest version and it won't work either and apparently loads of folk having the same problem.

Just had the same problem occur.   web-protection will not turn-on again and scan will not run - I raised a ticket with Malwarebytes support before looking in this community.

Checked second computer after discovering this problem - found a completed scan with two threats - when I tried to quarantine them they started multiplying - shut down with Early Protection set after they got passed 100. GETTING VERY WORRIED

 

Still no Web Protection after reboot with Early Protection On with both Win 10 computers.

i am having this problem too, ive tried the steps in previous threads from months ago where it seemed to be a problem with some users. now it sounds like thousands of people are having this same problem today...needless to say i have uninstalled, reinstalled. i thought it may have been a windows 7 compatibility problem but it seems this is troubling people across all microsoft products. 

i love this product but it seems to give me more problems than any other service i've paid for.
