License Key Doesn't Work

After purchasing protection for a year, when I type the license key I received in an email from Malwarebytes into the license key box (when clicking on "Activate license") it does nothing. The Activate License option remains ghosted out. I tried both copy and pasting as well as typing it manually but it does not work either way. See attached Word document. Any suggestions?

This may be an issue with the software currently, but don't take my word for it. Others are experiencing issues with other parts of the software which only happened within the last 2-3 hours.

It turns out I was entering the key # where I was supposed to be entering the id #. Duh! Problem solved!
