This should now be resolved with database update 1.0.1976. After making sure you have the update, please restart your computer and then turn on Web Protection

I'm pleased with the speedy attention given to the problem. Thank you.

Regrettably, I wasted much time looking for answers, knowing that my equipment or my actions were not to blame, but when protection goes down it's normal to worry and painstakingly seek answers
