More bugs for v.3.1.2.1733

Here we go again.  V3.06 worked. V3.1.2.1733 fails.  Will they ever fully test their own product before shipping? After downloading and installing v.3.1.2.1733 (05/19/2017), "Web Protection" will not enable, "Malware Protection" will not enable and scanning runs for 2 seconds before terminating. After installation, "Web Protection" was turned off. It hung on starting. I've rebooted multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.  Ran CCleaner's registry cleaner with no change in the problems with this version.  To the MalwareBytes programmers...does the term "quality control" mean anything to you???  I'm an electrical engineer with 46+ years in the field and I have very little tolerance for poor testing.  Please, get your act together.
