Realtime protection layers turned off

Web protection layers keeps turning off, I can't start it. Have tried removing Malwarebytes using Mbam clean. Log file is attached.

Cannot even find my account here but I have same issue today so assume an update caused it.

This should now be resolved with database update 1.0.1976. After making sure you have the update, please restart your computer and then turn on Web Protection

I now have 6 Windows 10 64-bit workstations, "real-time protection is off"  turns off all by itself.  Brand new installs from website download center.  All within 1 week period of install.
