Real Time Protection Error is still a Problem!

I am another customer whose Malware Bytes real time protection will not turn on. I have tried the solutions here,

including uninstalling and re-installing, it is still an issue. Also, Malware Bytes will not scan my computer, every time I try it will halt the scan after one second. Is there anything else I can do? I have Windows 10 64bit
