When will business customers see some love?

Running MBAM Enterprise on 150 endpoints. The UI resembles MBAM 1.5 or later. When will us Enterprise admins see a little upgrade to the likes of MBAM 3.0?

The Anti-Malware for Business 1.80.2.1012 engine is new, despite the legacy UI. Consumer 3.x technology will be brought in this year but I do not have a release date that I can share.

The last reply I received from a Tech Support person when asking the same question was sometime around June/July. Take it with a grain of salt...

"Early next year" is what was promised in December. You really need to start treating your enterprise customers better.

To me, I am having a hard time selling mgmt on MBAM Enterprise. It's a lesser product than Consumer 3.0 to be honest.

With that said, still a big fan of what MBAM does and hope to see better Enterprise support moving forward.

The new version for Business is out and it is called "Endpoint Protection" (although it is not a free upgrade for current Endpoint Security customers). I went ahead and upgraded our company and so far, so good. The new deployment tool makes converting everyone over fairly painless. The biggest thing to get used to with the current iteration of Endpoint Protection is that there is no "User" interface. It all runs in the background and the only way you know it's even installed is via the Control Panel. I talked with a tech support guy and he assured me that a front end for Users will be deployed in the future.
