Porthos....I took your advice and installed 3.1 over 3.0.0.1469 and got this error popup "unable to connect to the service" after completing the install. I reinstalled 3.1 over whatever was there and all seems to be working now. All Realtime Protections are ON and nothing else seems amiss. Thank you for the good support.
