I have two computers. I installed the new version on both. On one computer, Malwarebytes doesn't work any more. I can't access the program at all. It says it can't connect to service. On the other computer, initially, it kept giving a report that you couldn't close. Now, it keeps telling me that there is an update available. I'm afraid to touch it.

I had the same problem, just re-install the updated version and then do a reboot and that worked perfectly. However with the Wannacry or whatever it was called I updated all computers here in the house and only 1 really gave me a problem and reverted back to free version. Think I could find the Registration code.....Purchased a new and then found my old key after the fact....................
