the g(random name).tmp.exe has infected my computer

my laptop computer has infected by A G(random name).tmp.exe since last week and i don't  know what to do i try to scan and remove this bad ass virus with many antivirus software but still got nothing change. This G(random name).tmp.exe still running in background when i reboot, i was read a topic about this virus, and as try use FSRT.exe and this is my additional.txt and ftst.txt

i need your help sir..
